Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all services of T-Matrix GmbH, including AI video, audio and music production, and to our products HyperSale and Stellwerk. It is part of our Terms of Service and Product terms.

Where this applies

To everything we build, produce or operate for you, and to everything you do with our products and the content we deliver. The same rules apply to our own work.

Prohibited AI practices

We do not develop, sell, operate or support AI for practices prohibited by Article 5 of the EU AI Act, in particular:

• manipulative or deceptive techniques that distort behaviour and cause significant harm;
• exploiting vulnerabilities due to age, disability or social or economic situation;
• social scoring;
• predicting that a person will commit a crime based only on profiling or personality traits;
• untargeted scraping of facial images to build facial recognition databases;
• emotion recognition in the workplace or in education, except for medical or safety reasons;
• biometric categorisation to infer sensitive characteristics such as political opinions or sexual orientation;
• real-time remote biometric identification in public spaces for law enforcement.

Content we do not create

• Non-consensual intimate content and child sexual abuse material. Never, in any form. The AI Act also prohibits AI for this from 2 December 2026.
• Imitation of real people without consent. We use or imitate a person's face or voice only with their written consent, collected before production.
• Deception of the public. For example fake statements of real politicians or officials, fake news footage or fake reviews.
• Unlawful content. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or personality rights, or incites hatred or violence.

AI labels

Deepfakes and other AI-generated or AI-modified content we deliver carry a visible label, embedded in the content, and keep the machine-readable marks of the AI tools. You may not remove, crop, cover or alter these labels or marks when you publish or pass on the content. More on AI transparency.

Decisions about people

AI that makes or supports decisions about people (for example hiring, credit, education, insurance or access to services) can be high-risk under the AI Act. We build such systems only after a separate assessment and agreement, with a human who takes the final decision. Our products must not be used for such decisions without that agreement.

Using our products

• No spam: send messages only where you have a legal basis for contacting the recipient.
• No attacks: no malware, no attempts to break into or overload our systems or other systems through ours.
• No bypassing of limits, keys, approvals or security controls, including those of Stellwerk Guard and Gateway.
• No secrets in prompts: passwords, API keys and tokens never go into AI requests.
• No resale or automated scraping of our services without our written consent.

If the rules are broken

We may refuse or stop an order, remove content, and limit or suspend access to a product. We tell you why, unless the law forbids it. In serious cases we terminate the contract for good cause. Claims for damages remain unaffected. [to be checked by a lawyer]
