AI Act

Every AI piece is labelled.

Under the EU AI Act (Art. 50, from 2 August 2026) AI-generated content needs a machine-readable mark, and deepfakes need a visible label. In our orders we are the ones generating the content, so we add the labels ourselves and build them into the file. We follow the EU Code of Practice on marking AI-generated content. Real faces and voices only with written consent.

Questions we hear often.

Is AI music legal to use commercially?
Yes, if the AI service holds licences for its training data. In 2026 a Munich court ruled for GEMA against Suno: training on protected music without a licence infringes copyright. That is why we use licensed services only and give you the rights in writing.
Can we hear examples?
Our own demo tracks are coming soon on this page, marked as AI-generated. Until then we send examples on request.
Does AI music need a label?
Fully AI-generated music is not a deepfake, but it carries a machine-readable mark, and we tell you how to disclose it on streaming platforms.
