In short
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools on this website.
- No forms that send data to us from the website. You contact us by e-mail, and you decide what to write.
- Fonts, images and the animated map are served from our own website, not from third parties.
- We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Hosting and server logs
When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to the server: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. The server needs this data to deliver the page and to protect the website against attacks.

Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It stores one small entry in your browser's session storage: tm-intro with the value 1, so that the opening animation is shown only once per visit. The entry never leaves your browser and is deleted when you close the tab. Details on the Cookies page.

Fonts, map and media
Our fonts (Geist, Geist Mono) are delivered from our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font service. The animated background and the map of Europe are drawn by code in your browser from a data file on our server; no map service is used. Screenshots of client projects are stored on our server; links to client websites open only when you click them.
Contact and project briefs
The brief on our Contact page runs only in your browser. It does not store or send anything. At the end it opens your own e-mail program with a prepared message to hello@t-matrix.net. We receive data only if you send that e-mail or write to us directly.
- Data: what you write, usually name, company, e-mail address, country and your project description.
- Purpose: to answer your request and prepare an offer.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering general questions).

- Retention: we delete requests that do not lead to a contract after [to be added]; contract-related correspondence is kept as long as commercial and tax law requires.
Team notifications (planned)
We plan to notify our team about new requests through a Telegram bot. Telegram is a service outside the EU. For this reason the notification will contain only a request number, the service area and the country, never your name, e-mail address or message. Your request itself stays in our e-mail system. Our products
HyperSale (hs.t-matrix.net) and Stellwerk (stellwerk.t-matrix.net) are separate services with their own accounts. When you use them, their privacy information and our Product terms, including the data processing agreement, apply. [to be added: links to product privacy notices]

Apart from the planned notification described above, we do not transfer personal data from this website to countries outside the EU or the EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to:

- rectification (Article 16) and erasure (Article 17);
- restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21);
- withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, where processing is based on consent (Article 7(3)).
