Product Terms
Terms for our subscription products HyperSale and Stellwerk, including the data processing agreement and the list of subprocessors.

These terms apply to the use of HyperSale (hs.t-matrix.net) and Stellwerk (stellwerk.t-matrix.net), provided by T-Matrix GmbH, Plankensteinweg 36, 85435 Erding, Germany. Where they do not say otherwise, our general Terms of Service apply.
Scope
The products are for businesses only. The current features are described on the product pages; we develop the products continuously and may change features as long as the core purpose of your plan stays the same.
Accounts
- You keep your login data secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- You are responsible for the users you invite and for the AI agents you connect.
- Each agent works with its own key. Revoke keys you no longer need.
Plans and billing
- Prices are shown on the pricing pages of HyperSale and Stellwerk, excl. VAT.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. [to be added: annual plans, payment methods]

Fair use
Our Acceptable Use Policy applies. We may limit or suspend an account that breaks it or endangers the security of the service, and we tell you why.
Your data
- Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service to you.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
- You can export your data during the subscription and for [to be added: number of days] after it ends.
Data processing agreement (DPA / AVV)
When you store personal data in our products, we process it on your behalf. Our data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) is part of these terms and covers subject, duration, type of data, technical and organisational measures and subprocessors.

We inform you before we add or replace a subprocessor, so that you can object.
AI features
- HyperSale scores companies, not people, and drafts letters and personal pages with AI. Before each AI call your company name and website are replaced by placeholders. You confirm every score. You review the first letters; if you then switch on automatic sending, you remain the sender and are responsible for the letters and for the legal basis of contacting the recipients.
- Machine-readable marking of AI-written texts under Article 50(2) AI Act: [to be added: current status]
- Stellwerk monitors the actions of AI agents, never the behaviour or emotions of employees.
- AI output can contain errors. Check important results before you rely on them.
Availability and support

Termination
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of each billing period unless a longer term was agreed. [to be confirmed] After the end we delete your data within [to be added], unless the law requires us to keep it.
