AI Act

Every AI piece is labelled.

Under the EU AI Act (Art. 50, from 2 August 2026) AI-generated content needs a machine-readable mark, and deepfakes need a visible label. In our orders we are the ones generating the content, so we add the labels ourselves and build them into the file. We follow the EU Code of Practice on marking AI-generated content. Real faces and voices only with written consent.

Questions we hear often.

Can you clone my voice?
Yes, with your written consent and a contract on where the voice may be used. Without consent we do not clone any real person's voice.
Do AI voices need a label?
A voice that sounds like a real person and could pass as real is a deepfake under the AI Act and needs a visible or audible notice. Every file also gets a machine-readable mark.
Which languages are possible?
All 24 official EU languages and many more.
