AI agents do a large part of the routine work. People own every decision, every client conversation and every release.

Talk to clients, decide what to build, review code, approve texts and releases.
AI agents
Draft code, tests, texts and translations. Each agent has its own key and a spending limit.
Approval
Deploys, payments and outgoing mail wait for a human. Every step is logged.
We run our own agents on Stellwerk, the same control desk we offer to clients.
